Our professional photographers provide complete event coverage for each event.
We'll capture all the speeches or awards, "couple shots", candid dining and dancing and all the other aspects of your event.
From "soup to nuts", you'll have the photos to "picture your memories - now and forever."
- Unlimited use of all event photos
You have unlimited, prepetual use of all the photos of your event.
This means that you can use all of the event photos for any and all purposes, without any restrictions or additional fees, forever, including for personal use, newsletters or other publications, presentations, advertising and marketing and on your website.
The event photos can also be given to those who attended the event or employees or others.
And, to assist you in using the images for publications, marketing and advertising, large size, high resolution images are provided to you in standard JPG format on disk.
- Affordable Event Photography
Without sacrificing quality, dependability or professionalism, we provide very affordable and complete event photography services.
Our standard event photography fees, which are well below what many event photographers charge, are:
$200 (up to 2 hours) ~ $75 per hour after two hours1
All of our fees include local travel, photographing the event, providing the photos on our website for downloading and printing and delivering high-resolution images to you on disk.
- Free Photos Online
At your option, the event photos will be available on our website2 for you or your guests to view, download (save) and print.3

1 Standard fees include one photographer. Arrangements can be made for longer or multi-day events, or larger or special
type of events. Hours include any portion of an hour. Fees are subject to change without notice.
2 At your option, access to your online photos can be either secure (password protected) or public.
3 Photos are available for downloading for up to 30 days. We do not provide prints, however, downloaded images can be
printed at any photo outlet for a fee.
