    What type of photography does Event Pics Photography do?

    We specialize in all types of event photography. We provide event photography for:

    What are the fees for event photography?

    Our standard fees, which are well below what many event photographers charge, are:

        $200 (up to 2 hours) ~ $75 per hour after 2 hours

    All of our fees include local travel, photographing the event, providing the photos on our website for downloading and printing, and delivering high-resolution images to you on disk.

    Our fees also include unlimited use, publication and printing of all event images.

    Does Event Pics Photography charge a travel fee?

    No (not usually). For events within our area, we generally do not charge any travel fee.

    Outside our local area, we may charge a reasonable travel fee. In those cases, we would be happy to talk to you about those travel fees.




    Can anyone on the Internet see the event photos?

    No (unless the sponsor or host wishes to make the event photos publically available).

    Ordinarily, the photos of private events are password protected, so you must have a user name and password to view the photos of the event.

    The user name and password for the event, and instructions on where and how to view the event photos on our website are given to the event sponsor or host. This information can be obtained from them.

    With the sponsor's permission, you can give the event password to your friends and relatives, so they can also view photos of the event you attended. This is left up to the sponsor and each guest, and is governed by our
    Terms and Conditions.


    Are all photos taken at an event available for downloading?

    We strive to produce only quality images. Because of varied shooting conditions, some images may not meet our high quality standards. In such cases, some photos may not be available.




    Is there a cost to view the event photos online?

    No. Viewing all of the event photos online is absolutely free. Photos are generally available online for at least 30 days. During that time, you can view the event photos for as long and as often as you wish, without any cost.


    How do I view photos of an event I attended?

    To view photos, either use the link your were given by the event host/sponsor, or go to the
    Event Photos page. Near the bottom of the page, choose the event you wish to view, and then, if required, enter the User Name and Password, which you were given or can obtain from the event host/sponsor.

    NOTE: In some browsers, you may have to repeat the process of entering the Username and Password.




    How do I save or print photos?

    Saving photos to your computer is easy! Here's how you can
    save and print photos.




    When will photos of the event be available online?

    Event photos are usually available within twenty-four hours after the event ends. (The link to your event on the Event Photos page will let you know if photos are available for viewing.)

    If the photos from your event are not yet available, please stop back again to view the photos of your event.


    How long will photos be available online to view and print?

    Event photos will be available on our website for up to 30 days after the event or the date the photos were taken.

    1 Standard fees include one photographer. Arrangements can be made for longer or multi-day events, or larger or special
       type of events. Hours inclued any portion of an hour, and our fees are subject to change without notice.
